of Membeship in the Kandy X-Change Club
These
are the basic requirements that must be met by all
members of the Kandy X-Change club.
Anyone
is welcome to enjoy our site but for the safety
of all visitors our Club Members
must be over 16 years of age.
Members
agree to organise candy exchanges only with other
existing members via our official club.
Members
must have read & agreed with all the Latest
Terms & Conditions of membership.
All
members must be willing to treat fairly other
club members, just as they themselves would expect
to be treated.
Kandy
X-Change retains the right to pass my details
to authorities in the event of a civil or legal
case being made against me as a result of my membership
of Kandy X-Change
Upon
receipt of a correctly completed membership form
applicants will usually be
notified of the decision at the email address
they supllied in their application within seven
days, in most cases earlier.

greatly improved. When joining the club it is
agreed that personal information should only be
exchanged between active members of our club.
Existing members will not arrange exchanges with
non-members. Anyone willing to exhange with
non-members should be looked upon as untrustworthy
and treated with caution.

greater involvement in the direction the club
takes & the ability to directly influence
future policy.
The
ability to proudly show your love of candy by
displaying the official club membership logo on
your own website & in your personal emails
or forum signatures.

Nominations
for Website Award
- Criteria
All websites nominated for the Kandy X-Change Website
Award-
MUST:
Be
related in some way to Candy.
Be
family safe. i.e. no pornographic material or
any other content that may be deemed unsuitable
for children..
Be
complete and working.
Be
written in English or at least have an English
version available.
MUST
NOT:
Be
nominated more than once in any month by the same
person or group of people.
Over
use things such as pop-up or pop-under advertising
flashy animated .gifs and Under Construction signs.
Engage
in or promote illegal activities in any way.
Be
affiliated with any illegal extreme political
organisations.
